Privacy Policy

Megachan only records and stores information needed for active posts and the smooth and proper running of this site. Once a post and/or the thread it is in is pruned or deleted, this information gets moved, except in rare cares where we deem it necessary to store the information for a longer period (eg, permabans). IP addresses are encrypted by default. We will not give any collected information out to a third party or parties, however we will co-operate with valid court orders and law enforcement where (and if) necessary.
